Let’s celebrate spring: it’s time to choose your next sunglasses

Bulky sweater season is over! The first flowers and the return of the sun and the birds warm our hearts. There can be no doubt that spring is beginning to peek through. For this moment synonymous with renewal, give some thought to breaking out the must-have accessory to start off the season with style and elegance: your sunglasses!

What look should you adopt this season?

The trend is undeniably pointing toward boldness and a hipster look. For anineties-based look, opt for round shapes or updated aviators. On the hip side, look for delicate details with crisp, bright lines and thin temples.

While brown and black were in fashion this winter, the arrival of spring allows us to explore new, brighter, pop color schemes. Ultra-violet, color of the year for 2018, is an intense color that can seem difficult to wear or to coordinate. It evokes creativity and spirituality, making it an ideal color for spring.

Tip: Bring a touch of blue or red into your accessories to enhance your purple outfits, in order to play off of the shades of color.

The top three sunglasses for spring:

Model 60024M:

A rugged, masculine shape, fitted with category 3 Barberini lenses, polarized to avoid glare.

The trendiest: the double bridge and precision of detail with the M monogram engraved on the temples and the top bar.

Model 3139M:

This hyper-retro frame is an of-the-moment reinterpretation of the famous Tydée model created by Morel in the 1960s.

The bonuses: Round shape, thin temples, tortoiseshell motif

Model 10032O:

Bright, crisp lines and polished acetate in a grey-salmon bilayer give depth to the frame.

The trendiest: the reimagined aviator shape and the double bridge for a nineties style updated for current tastes.
