In September 2016, Morel launched its after-sales service application in France. A tool helping opticians to order their service in no time at all!
Quality, proximity, service
Always nearer to its optician’s network, Morel capitalized on an IT solution to lighten the burden on the service procedure.
Morel’s Web Center worked for many months on a service application that would make life easier for opticians. The project? Helping opticians to manage their after-sales service (order and follow-up) in a matter of seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The little extra: the application also allows access to video tutorials on the mounting and disassembling of the frames. A turnkey application!
The Morel service app : instructions
The Morel service app is available on Android and iPhone platforms.
Step 1: Download the Morel service app to your phone
Step 2: Input the number of your frame and select it
Step 3: Choose your spare part (face, temple, screws, lenses for sunglasses)
Step 4: Add your comments (bearer’s reference, photos, or any other information you consider useful).
Morel after-sales service is also a website
Since June 2017, Morel also has its after-sales service on its website: http://sav.morelonline.com/
The operations to order your service are similar to the app: an alternative for all those who do not feel comfortable with mobile apps!
